As an independent bike fitter situated between York and Harrogate, UK I believe a well-fitting bike is key to riding quickly, efficiently and pain-free. It enables cyclists of all abilities to ride smoothly and powerfully, so they can perform and enjoy cycling to the full.

I use rider-focused techniques that rely on understanding the individual, rather than working to a set of 'normative ranges' or recommended angles. This gives much greater client satisfaction through consistency of results.

I can offer completely impartial advice, as I am not affiliated with any one bike brand or bike fit system.
